Our corporate let contracts are a minimum of 3 years (36 months) with guaranteed rent, refurbishment of the property and repairs/maintenance. Within our corporate contract we take over many responsibilities from the landlords that includes marketing, viewings, minor repairs and many more.
For landlords, void days, late payments, management fees and difficult tenants are over. For tenants, dealing with rogue landlords, overdue repairs and poor-quality properties are a thing of the past!
